David Schroth, Managing Director

David is an experienced IT Security, Compliance and Governance Executive with over fifteen years of experience in IT auditing, compliance, information security and risk management. He has built and maintained dozens of information security programs for both startup and mature companies.

To build the information security program, David works with the relevant stakeholders of the organization to find ways to integrate security along with documentation (to demonstrate security to auditors) without creating unnecessary roadblocks for the growth of the company. He works directly with the auditors of the organization to create a frictionless experience for all parties involved with the audit. David also advises his clients on privacy matters including GAPP,GDPR and CCPA.

He is an active member of the Information Systems Audit and Control Association and Information Systems Security Association and is a Certified Information Systems Auditor. David has also led a dozen classes at ISACA Atlanta’s annual “Geek Week“ education conference in Atlanta, GA and at Triad ISSA meetings.

In addition to improving your company’s information security program, David is available to join your Board of Directors as an information security advisor.

 Adam Fowler, Director

Adam is an experienced IT advisor with experience in IT auditing, compliance, security and risk management. He has experience in auditing various aspects of information technologies including performing general computer controls reviews, SOX assessments, segregation of duties and application controls reviews as they relate to both internal and external auditing, SSAE 18 attestations, security review, project management, compliance assurance program management and data validation experience. Adam focuses on the medical IT field, including but not limited to HIPAA compliance and controls design and review, patient data validation, Big Data analysis and HEDIS certification.

He is also an active member of the Information Systems Audit and Control Association (ISACA) and the Information Systems Security Association (ISSA), as well as the Health Information Management Systems Society (HIMSS). He has presented multiple times at ISACA Atlanta’s annual “Geek Week“ educational conference in Atlanta, GA as well as at a national Association of Local Government Auditors (ALGA) meeting in Austin, TX.
